3 Chefs Tapioca Pearls 375g

3 Chefs Tapioca Pearls are classic boba pearls for homemade bubble tea. Once cooked, the dark pearls turn pleasantly chewy and soft – just as you know them from the bubble tea shops. The 375 g bag makes plenty of glasses and turns the Taiwanese drink into an easy thing to make at home.

Boil the pearls until they are translucent and chewy, rinse them briefly in cold water and put them in the bottom of a tall glass. Top up with iced tea, milk or fruit juice, and serve with a wide straw. Everything else you need is in the bubble tea range.
