We pack and ship goods daily to ensure you receive your flavours from around the world as quickly as possible (normally 1–3 days). We offer free shipping on all orders over NOK 800. To help you along, you will see a progress bar in your shopping cart showing you exactly how much more you need to spend to qualify for free shipping.

Your dining experience is our priority. If there is anything wrong with an item, please send us an email at hei@fudi.no with a picture and order number, and we will resolve it immediately. For dry goods and equipment, the usual right of withdrawal applies, but please note that food items with a limited shelf life have their own return rules to ensure food safety.

Yes, absolutely! FUDI+ is one and the same program. By using your phone number as your ID, you earn a 4% bonus on every single purchase, whether you shop in a physical store or in the online store.
