At Fudi, we specialize in exotic foods, snacks, and candy from around the world. Our selection includes products from Asia, Latin America, the USA, and more. You'll find everything from spicy chips, sweets, and sauces to unique beverages like Prime.
Shopping with us is easy! Go to Fudi.no, select the products you want to buy, and add them to your shopping cart. When you're done, click on the shopping cart at the top right and follow the instructions to complete your order. You can pay by card or Vipps.
We offer standard shipping for NOK 79 on all orders. If your order exceeds NOK 799, you get free shipping! All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Normally, it takes 2-5 business days for you to receive your order, depending on where in the country you live. If you have not received your package within this timeframe, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Yes, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on all unopened products. To return a product, contact customer service at hei@fudi.no, and we will help you with the return process. Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you have received incorrect or damaged items, we sincerely apologise. Please send us an email at hei@fudi.no with your order number and photos of the item(s), and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your parcel via the carrier's tracking link.
