Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce 500ml is a rich Chinese dark soy sauce – thicker, milder and a little sweeter than light soy, with a deep mahogany colour. Lee Kum Kee has been making sauces in Hong Kong since 1888, and dark soy is the secret behind the rich colour of many classic Chinese dishes.
