Thai Heritage Sambal Oelek is a hot chilli paste made from crushed red chillies – clean, fresh and strong heat. It is a South East Asian staple, at home in stir-fries, noodle dishes, marinades and as a flavouring straight on your food. Use a little at a time to reach the strength you want, in a 220 g jar.
