Delivery and shipping

We ship dry goods as a parcel anywhere in Norway, and we deliver chilled goods, frozen goods and tobacco in Oslo through Wolt. Here is what goes where.

Parcels across Norway

Dry goods we ship anywhere in Norway. Shipping costs NOK 79, and it is free above NOK 799. We pack and send within one to two working days, and the parcel normally arrives two to five working days after that, depending on where in the country you live. Once it has been sent, you get a tracking link by email.

Chilled goods, frozen goods and tobacco

We do not send chilled or frozen goods by post. The cold chain does not hold through an ordinary parcel journey, and the goods would arrive in worse condition than they left the shop. We deliver them through Wolt instead, from FUDI Røa in Oslo. Holmen in Asker will follow.

Through Wolt we deliver frozen goods, chilled goods and tobacco. What is available at any given time is shown in the Wolt app.

We do not sell tobacco in the online shop. You get it over the counter in our stores, or through Wolt from Røa.

Collection in store

You can collect your order at FUDI Holmen Senter in Asker. We usually have it ready within 24 hours, and you are told when it is waiting. Collection is free.

Frequently asked questions about delivery

Do you send frozen goods by post? No. Frozen and chilled goods we deliver through Wolt in Oslo, or you collect them in store.

What does shipping cost? NOK 79, and free when you shop for more than NOK 799.

How long does it take? We send within one to two working days, and the parcel normally arrives two to five working days later.

Can I collect my order? Yes, at Holmen Senter in Asker, usually within 24 hours.

Does Wolt deliver where I live? We deliver through Wolt from Røa in Oslo today. Asker will follow. The Wolt app shows whether your address is covered.

Can I cancel a purchase? You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on ordinary goods. It does not apply to chilled and frozen goods or other goods that perish quickly, under section 22 b of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel? Uncollected parcels are returned to us, and a fee of NOK 296 is charged to cover shipping both ways. Buyers under 18 are not charged.
