Description
Japanese soba noodles made from buckwheat, 300 g. Soba has a nutty, slightly earthy flavour that sets it clearly apart from wheat noodles.
Cook them in plenty of water for four to five minutes and rinse them immediately in cold water. This stops the cooking and washes off the surface starch that would otherwise make them sticky. Serve cold with a dipping sauce or hot in broth. See more in soba range.
