Aroy-D Tom Kha Paste 400g
Aroy-D Tom Kha Paste is the concentrated base for Thailand's much loved coconut soup – seasoned with galangal, lemongrass and kaffir lime. The paste gives the characteristic fresh, sour and aromatic depth that makes tom kha one of the world's most popular soups. The tub holds 400 g.
Stir the paste into coconut milk and stock, add chicken or prawns, mushrooms and a little fish sauce, and finish with lime and coriander – done in a quarter of an hour. You will find creamy coconut milk for the soup in the coconut milk range.
