Baijia Broad Noodle Hot Sour 110g is wide, smooth noodles in a tart and spicy hot & sour broth – a speciality of the Chinese kitchen in the Sichuan tradition. The thick noodles have a pleasant chew, while the soup combines vinegar sharpness and chilli heat in a way that really wakes up the palate.
Pour boiling water over the noodles and flavour sachets, leave to steep for a few minutes and stir well.
