Wide rice noodles from Bamboo Tree, 10 mm – flat, neutral-tasting noodles that are perfect for pad Thai, stir-fries, and noodle dishes. Soak or quickly boil before use.
Soak the noodles in warm water until pliable, or boil them briefly, before they go straight into the wok with sauce, egg and vegetables. Take care not to overcook them – they should still have some bite when they meet the pan. See more widths and varieties in our rice noodle range.
