Cock Tapiokastivelse is fine tapioca flour made from cassava – naturally gluten free and remarkably useful. The flour gives the chewy, elastic texture that characterises boba pearls and Asian desserts, thickens sauces and soups to a clear gloss, and adds extra crispness when frying. The pack holds 400g.
Use it for homemade tapioca pearls, chewy cakes, or as a thickener where you want a glossy consistency without a floury taste. For frying, mix it with plain flour for a crisper crust. You will find more Asian basics among rice and basics.
