Cock Tapiokastivelse is fine tapioca flour made from cassava – naturally gluten free and remarkably useful. The flour gives the chewy, elastic texture that characterises boba pearls and Asian desserts, thickens sauces and soups to a clear gloss, and adds extra crispness when frying. The pack holds 400g.
