Combrasil Tapioca Tradicional 500g

Combrasil Tapioca Tradicional – dry cassava starch (fécula de mandioca) for tapioca. Naturally gluten-free and made from cassava root. Used for the traditional Brazilian tapioca pancake, in baking and as a thickener.

Note: This is dry, non-hydrated tapioca and must be prepared before use: soak the starch in water overnight, dry the mass in a clean cloth, crumble it and sieve it before cooking. If you want ready-hydrated tapioca that can go straight into the pan, this is not that product.
