Description
Ready-made bulgogi marinade from Delief, 480 g. Bulgogi is Korean grilled meat, and the marinade is built on soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame and pear – the pear makes the meat more tender.
Slice the meat thinly, leave it in the marinade for at least half an hour, and fry it quickly over high heat. The sugar caramelises fast, so the pan should be hot and the time short. See more in stir-fry sauces and marinades.
