Description
Tteokbokki sticks made from rice flour – soft, chewy rice cakes that form the basis of the Korean street dish. Note that the pack contains the rice cakes alone, without sauce.
Boil them for a few minutes and let them sit in a gochujang-based sauce until they turn smooth and chewy. Halal, and contains soybean oil. See the tteokbokki range for sauce and accompaniments.
