El Yucateco Achiote Paste is a traditional Mexican spice paste of annatto (achiote) and spices – with a deep, earthy flavour and a characteristic red colour. Loosen it with liquid and marinate meat and fish, particularly for cochinita pibil. An authentic flavouring from Yucatán, in 100 g.
