Gold Plum Sesame Oil 500ml is an aromatic oil pressed from toasted sesame seeds, with an intense, nutty flavour and a deep golden colour. In Asian cooking it is not used as a frying oil but as a seasoning – a few drops at the end of cooking are enough to lift a whole dish.
Trickle the oil over a finished stir-fry, noodle soups and steamed vegetables, stir it into marinades and dumpling fillings, or mix it into dressings for cucumber salad and cold noodles.
