Il Torrione Balsamic Glaze is a thick, velvety glaze reduced from Italian balsamic. The sweet-and-sour cream has just the right consistency for decorating and seasoning – a couple of stripes give both flavour and an elegant look on the plate. The bottle holds 250 ml.
