Jongga Tteokbokki Rice Cake 500g
Jongga Rice Cake Stick are Korean rice cakes shaped like small sticks, known from the popular dish tteokbokki. They have a delicious chewy and soft texture and absorb the sauce's flavor well. Perfect for tteokbokki, soups, and Korean stir-fries.
Simmer the rice cakes in a sauce of gochujang, a little sugar and soy sauce until soft and the sauce is glossy, then top with spring onion, egg and sesame. They also suit soups, hot pot and stir-fries. The red chilli paste that completes the dish is in our gochujang range.
