Mama's Ajvar Sterk 550g is the classic Balkan pepper relish in its hot version – made with grilled red peppers and chilli, with a full, smoky sweetness and a good kick. Ajvar is the taste of Balkan cooking itself, and the large 550 gram jar stretches to many meals.
