Morita Shiro Dashi is a pale, concentrated Japanese broth base – dashi combined with light soy sauce into an elegant, umami-rich essence. Shiro dashi gives deep flavour without colouring the food, and is a shortcut to authentic Japanese balance. The bottle holds 340 ml.
