Description

Natco Green Cardamom Ground is finely ground green cardamom with an aromatic, sweetish and lightly spiced flavour. It is much used in Indian cooking and baking, among other things in chai, rice, curry and desserts. A fine spice for adding warmth and depth to both sweet and savoury dishes.
