Dried rice noodles from Oh! Ricey – naturally gluten-free and made from rice. Perfect in pho, stir-fries, and noodle soups. Quickly boil or soak for chewy, neutral-tasting noodles that absorb the flavors of the dish.
Soak the noodles in warm water until soft, then use them in pho, fried noodles or fresh spring rolls. Rinse them in cold water after boiling so they do not stick. You will find more varieties in our rice noodle range.
