Paldo Jjajangmen is Korean noodles with the characteristic black sauce of fermented soybean paste (chunjang) – salty, slightly sweet and full-bodied. Boil the noodles, drain the water and mix with the sauce for a much-loved Korean classic. A flavourful favourite in a 400 g pack.
