Pantai Cantonese Suki Sauce is the classic Thai dipping sauce for suki and hot pot – sweet, tangy and lightly spiced with sesame, garlic and chilli. The large 730 ml bottle is made for sharing: at its best when family and friends gather around a steaming pot.
Use it as a dip for meat, seafood and vegetables from the hot pot, as a sauce for fried noodles with egg, or as a glaze on grilled food. A little lime on top lifts it further. More dips and seasonings are in the range of Asian sauces.
