Pantai Shrimp Paste is a Thai shrimp paste (kapi) with an intense, salty and fermented umami flavour. It is a key ingredient in Thai cooking, among other things in curry pastes, dips and stir-fries. Only a small amount is needed to give a dish deep, authentic flavour.
