Description
Indian mango pickle – not a sweet chutney, but salty and hot pickled mango in oil, with mustard seeds, chilli and fenugreek. It is meant as a seasoning, not as a spread.
A small spoonful beside curry, dal or rice is enough. Contains mustard. See also chutney and pickles.
