Description
Tandoori paste from Patak's, built on ginger purée, ground coriander, cumin and paprika, with tamarind providing the acidity. It is more aromatic than hot.
Mix it with yoghurt and let chicken or paneer marinate for a few hours before grilling or roasting in the oven. Gluten-free. See the curry paste selection.
