Description
Squid Fish Sauce is a Thai fish sauce made from anchovy extract (77%), salt and a little sugar. It is salty and concentrated, with the deep umami that is the base flavour of much Thai food.
A couple of teaspoons is enough in stir-fries, soups and stews. It works just as well in marinades for meat and fish, and as a base for dipping sauce with lime, chili and garlic. You'll find more brands in our fish sauce and oyster sauce range.
