El Taco Truck Corn Tortillas 250g are authentic maize tortillas – the small, soft flatbreads that real Mexican tacos are built on. Maize tortillas have quite a different character from the wheat version: a round, toasted corn flavour that lifts the filling, and they are naturally gluten free.
Warm the tortillas for a few seconds on each side in a dry, hot pan until soft and fragrant – two per taco, as it is done in Mexico. Fill with slow-cooked meat, onion, coriander and a good salsa, and serve with lime wedges. More flatbreads and accompaniments are in the tortilla and wrap selection.
