TRS Methi Fenugreek Seeds are whole fenugreek seeds with a distinctive, lightly bitter and aromatic flavour – one of the most important spices in Indian cooking. The golden yellow seeds are used in everything from curry to pickles, and the small 100 g pack goes a long way.
Toast the seeds briefly in a dry pan or fry them in oil right at the start of cooking – that is when they release their aroma and lose their bitterness. Essential in dal, sambar and home-made spice blends. Stock up from the spice range.
