Description
Barley miso from Yutaka – a fermented paste of barley and soybeans, darker and stronger than the pale rice miso. It gives deep, salty umami.
Stir a spoonful into hot stock for miso soup, or use it in marinades and dressings. Do not boil it, as the flavour turns flatter. Contains barley and soya. See the miso selection.
