Description
Shirataki noodles made from konjac, 228 g. They are supplied in water and are pre-cooked. Rinse them well under cold water and dry them in a hot, dry pan before use – this removes the smell from the pack and firms up the texture.
The noodles have almost no flavour of their own and take on the taste of whatever they are cooked in. Good in broth, stir-fries and salads. Made from konjac root, with no wheat. See more in other noodles.
