Higashi Tonkotsu Ramen is a Japanese instant noodle with the full, creamy pork broth that made tonkotsu world famous. The broth is rounded and rich without being hot, and the pack of five keeps an authentic Japanese ramen feeling in the cupboard at all times.
Boil the noodles for a few minutes, stir in the flavour base and build the bowl with marinated egg, spring onion, nori and perhaps a little fried pork. A drop of chilli oil on top gives a nice contrast to the mild broth. You will find more Japanese and Korean classics in the ramen range.
