Nissin Damae Chicken Ramen 100g
Damae Ramen is Nissin’s Japanese classic – thin, firm noodles with a seasoning powder that gives a lightly salted chicken broth, and a separate sachet of toasted sesame oil that is stirred in at the end. It is the sesame oil that makes the difference.
Cook the noodles for three minutes, then stir in the powder and the oil. Top with a soft-boiled egg, spring onion and a little nori if you like. Contains wheat, soy and sesame. More varieties in the ramen range.
