FUDI was founded by people who find the selection in grocery stores boring and inauthentic. Together, we agreed to change this, and FUDI was created :-)

We believe that grocery shopping should be fun – it should be an experience where you are inspired to try something new, explore new flavours, and perhaps take a small everyday journey to another country through food. With us, you'll find flavours from all over the world, and we make it easier and more affordable to buy exciting products that you might not find elsewhere.

We pack and ship orders daily to ensure you receive your international flavors as quickly as possible (normally 1–3 days). We offer free shipping on all orders over NOK 800. To help you along, you will see a meter in your shopping cart that shows exactly how much more you need to spend to qualify for free shipping.

Your food experience is our priority. If there's an issue with an item, please send us an email at hei@fudi.no with a picture and your order number, and we'll resolve it immediately. For dry goods and equipment, the usual right of withdrawal applies, but please note that food items with limited shelf life have special return rules to ensure food safety.

Yes, absolutely! FUDI+ is one and the same program. By using your phone number as your ID, you earn a 4% bonus on every single purchase, whether you shop in a physical store or in the online store.
